In consideration of Instructional Coaching Group (“ICG”) providing me with training in relation to any matters described in any written materials of ICG used, or provided to me, in the course of the provision of training by ICG and/or ICG disclosing the contents of those materials to me, I acknowledge that the intellectual property, including the copyright, in all such materials, is held by ICG and will only be used by me for  my learning and reflection and may not be shared, reproduced or used for any other purpose by me nor will I provide such materials to, or authorize the use of such materials by, another person without the written permission of ICG.
